1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping (5-7 business days): $10. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $25. Express shipping (1-2 business days): $40.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
